If you're considering selling your paintings or prints, we'd love to hear from you! We're always on the lookout for works by 20th-century Canadian and American artists and printmakers, particularly those associated with the influential Modern Art Movements of the last century.
Whether you're looking for a new home for a treasured artwork or simply exploring your options, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible and a rewarding one also.
Selling your fine art is an important decision, and we understand that navigating the world of online auctions can feel like a gamble. Not only is there uncertainty about the final sale price of an artwork, but auction houses also charge commissions to both sellers and buyers—something many don’t realize upfront.
It's been said, that today, high buyer premiums, many in the range of 20 t0 25 percent are now suppressing the final selling price of an artwork at auction, which, in turn, is usually to the detriment of the artwork's consignor.
As a consignor, you’ll also be responsible for all costs related to packing, shipping, and insurance when sending your artwork to auction. And if your piece doesn’t sell and is passed, you’ll need to cover the return shipping as well.
That’s why we invite you to explore our art acquisition services. If you’re considering selling your quality 20th-century painting, print, or vintage artifact, we offer a straightforward, reliable, and cost-free shipping alternative. Our goal is to provide you with a secure and seamless transaction—one where you can feel confident at every step of the way.
Let’s make your art-selling experience a positive one!
